AI ARCHITECT · PHARMA · R&D · REGULATED INDUSTRIES

Expand capability. Do not replace expertise.

I design AI systems for technicians, engineers, researchers and teams working in regulated environments. The goal is to give them greater reach, autonomy and capacity to act without moving responsibility away from the profession.

CONCEPT · 01

THE STARTING POINT

The individual remains at the centre of the system.

In a laboratory or industrial environment, the value already exists: it lives in people’s skills, experience and judgement. AI adds an operational layer around that foundation.

An agent can prepare an update, maintain documentary monitoring, structure inventory, check a flow or handle a recurring task. The person keeps the context, the decision and the responsibility.

FIELDS OF WORK

A deliberate focus on environments where control matters.

RBS is not a general-purpose AI studio. The work is primarily designed for organisations that must combine performance, documentation, traceability, quality and clearly assigned responsibilities.

01
CORE FIELD

Pharma & bioproduction

Drug production, bioproduction, laboratories and associated operations: support teams without separating the digital tool from the quality system, procedures and real work.

02
CORE FIELD

Research & R&D

Help researchers, engineers and technicians organise, document and transfer scientific work without asking AI to replace scientific reasoning.

03
CRITICAL ENVIRONMENT

Aerospace

Apply the same principles to technical teams dealing with complex systems, high traceability requirements and distributed responsibilities.

04
SELECTIVE SCOPE

Defence

Work on architecture, documentation, automation or tooling where control, confidentiality and traceability requirements are decisive.

AUGMENTED CAPABILITIES

Give each person a wider field of action.

AI becomes useful when it enables a person to take responsibility for work they could not sustain alone at the same level of depth, frequency or continuity.

Laboratory technician

Document and maintain experimental context.

An agent can prepare reports, consolidate experimental information, flag inventory updates and prepare handovers. The technician verifies the output and remains accountable for what is recorded.

  • Handover preparation
Engineer

Operate tools without becoming a full-time developer.

Agents can monitor workflows, prepare fixes, maintain technical documentation or propose changes. The engineer retains control of the need, trade-offs and release decisions.

  • Assisted maintenance
  • Documentation
  • Workflow supervision
R&D team

Capitalise without delegating scientific reasoning.

AI can organise an internal corpus, connect documents, prepare a working synthesis or structure a knowledge base. Scientific interpretation and decisions remain human.

WHAT RBS PUTS IN PLACE

From use case to a system the team can actually operate.

Work can begin with an audit, continue with the construction of a tool or agent, and extend to skills transfer. Each stage should remain understandable and reversible.

01

Audit

Identify genuinely useful use cases, available data, responsibilities, risks and the organisation’s ability to host the system.

02

Build

Develop the application, agent or workflow and integrate it with tools, rights, data and real-world constraints.

Learn more
03

Transfer

Train teams, document usage rules and make sure the organisation can understand, operate and evolve what has been built.

TRUST FRAMEWORK

AI is useful because it remains governable.

In a regulated environment, a system must do more than work. It must be possible to understand what it does, who acts, on which data and when a person must take control again.

A

Auditability

Examine how the system works, its inputs, outputs, limits and conditions of use.

G

Governance

Define roles, rights, validations, exceptions and stop conditions.

T

Traceability

Keep the useful records needed to explain an action, diagnose an error and document the system.

H

Human in the loop

Maintain explicit decision and validation points whenever risk or responsibility requires them.

ROMAIN BOURBON STUDIO

AI should not reduce the profession. It should expand what a person can do with it.

This is the framework RBS uses to design audits, tools, agents and training for regulated industries.
